Privacy Policy
SigCraft is a corporate branding platform for managing email signatures and branded greeting cards, developed and operated by AMNYA Technology. This Privacy Policy explains what data SigCraft collects, how it is used, and how it is protected. SigCraft is deployed as a licensed on-premise or private-network installation — it does not transmit data to AMNYA Technology servers during normal operation.
1. Data SigCraft Collects
SigCraft collects only the data required to generate and manage branded assets for your organisation:
- Administrator credentials (username and bcrypt-hashed password) stored locally on the server
- Staff profile data entered by administrators or staff: full name, job title, department, phone number, and any other fields included in email signature templates
- Brand asset configuration: approved logo files, colour palettes, font settings, and template designs
- Generated asset records: which staff member generated which signature or greeting card, and when
- App settings: template configurations, output format preferences, and access control rules
2. Data SigCraft Does Not Collect
- Email message content — SigCraft generates signature assets but does not intercept or read email communications
- Payment or billing information of any kind
- Any data transmitted to AMNYA Technology's servers (SigCraft operates entirely within your local network or private infrastructure)
3. How Data Is Used
All data collected by SigCraft is used solely to operate the corporate branding and asset generation system within your installation. Staff profile data is used exclusively to populate email signature and greeting card templates. AMNYA Technology does not have access to data stored by your SigCraft instance unless you explicitly share it during a support engagement. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any external purpose.
4. Data Storage & Retention
SigCraft stores all data locally on the server infrastructure you control. AMNYA Technology does not host or store your SigCraft data. Staff records and generated asset logs are retained according to your configuration. You may add, edit, or remove staff records and purge asset history at any time via the SigCraft administration panel.
5. Staff Personal Data
SigCraft stores staff names, titles, and contact details as part of its core function. As the operator, you are the data controller for this information and are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from staff, maintaining accurate records, and complying with applicable privacy and employment laws in your jurisdiction (including GDPR where applicable).
6. Data Security
SigCraft uses bcrypt-hashed credentials, HTTPS/TLS enforcement, and session-based authentication for administrator access. Network communication between the SigCraft server and connected clients is contained within your local network. You are responsible for securing the network infrastructure on which SigCraft is deployed.

7. Your Rights
Because SigCraft operates entirely within your infrastructure, you have direct control over all data it stores. You may access, correct, export, or delete any data through the SigCraft administration panel or your database. For questions about this policy, contact us at support@amnyatech.com.
